how do you explain this?
I wanted to stop arguing about this matter. I respect the admin's request and I’m happy to cooperate with the investigation.
To avoid further misunderstanding, I would like to clarify several key facts.
1. The real name and address were originally provided by the customer strictly for
shipping purposes. Shipping information is a normal requirement for any order and exists only so that a package can be delivered.
2.
The customer has already admitted that he deleted his own information from the conversation. While I still had access to that information, I did not publish it, share it, or disclose it anywhere. The customer later chose to delete the information himself. This means the customer's personal information was
never made public by me at any time. For this reason,
the repeated accusations about “threatening to expose the address” are misleading. I respect customer privacy and would never doxx anyone. If any wording earlier was misunderstood, that was not my intention.
3. The core issue in this situation is not whether a reship is possible.
The issue is that the customer insists that the reship must be sent specifically through PostNL.
4. Based on our shipping experience, packages sent to Norway through PostNL carry a very high seizure risk. Because of this,
we cannot responsibly resend a package through a route that we already know carries such a high probability of seizure.
5.
We offered alternative shipping methods that have proven to be safer for Norway and are fully covered under our reship policy. However, the customer refused these options and insisted on PostNL.
6. If a vendor knowingly ships through a high-risk route and the package is seized, the customer may receive customs notices, confiscation letters, or possible penalties, which would likely create further disputes about responsibility.
7. In addition,
the refund for this order has already been completed. Therefore there is no outstanding financial dispute.
For these reasons we cannot agree to ship through PostNL.
This decision is based on shipping risk management and experience, not an unwillingness to resolve the situation.
Most of these points and supporting evidence have already been presented in my previous replies, so I would prefer not to repeat the same arguments again. I hope the discussion can remain focused on the actual facts of the case rather than repeating the same accusations.
I will continue to cooperate with the admin and provide any information needed for review. I will leave the final judgment to the admin.
