She did promise me a reship to Norway when I purchased the order. Before I paid. She knew what products I paid for, and said that they would provide a reship. To Norway. Before money exchanged hands.

Im asking where does it say in the chats "I will reship to Norway if seized" i did READ all the convos and @Monica sent us more convo, where is the one you mention?

I deleted all messages in the chat containing any and all information about my address, name etc. after she said what she said about using the information. That is probably why the conversation you see from Monica does not show her having all the information about where I needed the Primo delivered when she assured me they would offer a reship.

I have ZERO reason to lie. Like I say in my review, not offering a reship to Norway is completely fair and what most vendors do. It is expected. I am used to it, and just move on.

How about addressing the threat of a dox though?

Here's the beginning of our conversation.

"Reshipping?"

"Yes dear, if the package is hold by customs, we will reship for you."

If you wanted a clear cut sentence that says "yes dear, if your order of primo to Norway shipped with PostNL gets seized, we will reship" - she never said that. I did however tell her where I needed said products, and she did offer a reship.

Instead of going back and forth, I am just going to present the three points I feel are crucial to my review, experience and feedback for this vendor. All points have been backed up by screenshots from both me, and in some cases the vendor as well.

1. Reship promised before order was made.

I normally ask three questions when I initiate contact with a vendor: 1) Price list? 2) Do you ship to Norway? 3) Do you reship?

When these questions are answered, I follow up with a question regarding who spesifically they use for shipping. In the first screenshot here, you can see question 1), 3) and who they use for shipping. Question number 2 has been deleted by me, after the threat of doxxing was presented.

2. Refund vs. reship

A major point of Monicas arguments is that I was offered a refund, but insisted on doing a reship instead. What actually happened, and this is again proven by screenshots, is that Monica said, verbatim:

"If the package is seized, the loss for us is less than the loss of processing a refund for you now dear."

This is the ONLY reason I agreed to go ahead and try a shipment. I was willing to risk one of my recipients being flagged because Monica told me the loss for her would be less, than if we just did the refund right away.

3. Threat of sharing my personal information (doxx)

After telling Monica I intended to share my review on the forum, she said, again verbatim:

"Your greedy nature has been exposed. I still have your address and name. Don't force me to do this. "

I am not claiming she did doxx me. I am claiming she threatened to. I honestly don't know how else to interpret this quote from her.
