Help with gaining more fat for joints

I've been reading good things about bodybuilders who eat more fat in their diet and how much it helps with their joint health. What would be your tips and advice when it comes to getting more fat in your diet? Do you think I should be supplementing them or do you think I should get most of my fats from food? Which foods do you like?

Hi @sziaslo

It's always better to start by getting your healthy fats from eating clean before supplementing which should be secondary and mostly because you're not getting all your daily fats requirements from your meals.
