you look like you have big pumps brother have you thought of adding more protein going to 400? you look like you can handle well

I can try 400 all I know is when I get up in 3500 calories I seem to put on fat but if I go slower I might be able to not put on fat I will try to add 25 grams of protein every 2 weeks see how I respond I never went that high in protein and the fat I gain I did add more carbs I was at 300 so it could have been that and not the calories it self
 
I've read some peoples logs responding really good with DHB added in. I just haven't ever tried it yet.
I don’t know if it’s the dhb or the mast or combo could be the hgh added to it I was on hgh already but kept it 2-3 iu not I am more 3-4 iu

Just added more chicken and meat to my weekly prep It is going to be close to 100extra grams I will weigh it but this 7 pounds of chicken and 4 pounds of meat for 6 days see where I am at … won’t let me take pictures of it

Yes got that to every day 2 turkey burgers a day I will post updated meal …just figured out if I crop pic I can get it in
