Approved Log TRT and MOTS-C Cycle Log

Another slower day. Cause I got time off work I thought I might aswell work in a few more rest kinda days.

25 mins on incline walk tready then hit 20mins on the cross trainer level 9 was hard as.

Then some abs a stretch then went home.

been eating and drinking really good all holidays pretty much keen to keep this up till I go back to work
cardio is hot
 
Flat Barbell Bench Press
4 sets × 6-8 reps 80 kg
Incline Dumbbell Press
4 sets × 8–10 reps — 25kg each
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
3 sets × 8–10 reps — 22.5kg each
Cable Chest Fly
3 sets × 12–15 reps — 15 kg per side
Dumbbell Lateral Raises
4 sets × 12–15 reps — 10 kg each
Tricep Pushdowns (Rope)
3 sets × 10–12 reps — 35 kg

I didn’t jot down the reps properly today forgot bout it but this is the workout I did off my notes. I think I did hit in the rep ranges maybe bit more higher reps for some.

25mins on cross trainer nice and chill just to get moving plus stretched after

Back was feeling lots better today! Pull tomorrow or next day so been hoping my back feels better

Yer bro signed up with a fulla who competes . His helping start a plan for first cycle starting soon I will do face to face meetings and online over the phone His gonna come train a few times with me aswell so be good to have someone to pick their brain lol
 
Lat Pulldown – 4x10 – 60kg
Barbell Row – 4x8 – 50kg
Seated Cable Row – 3x12 – 55kg
Face Pulls – 3x15 – 27.5kg
Dumbbell Shrugs – 4x12 – 32kg each
EZ Bar Curl – 4x10 – 25kg
Hammer Curl – 3x12 – 12.5kg

Pull today had a good sesh no cardio or abs today had to go help a mate move some furniture. He split with his misso so he moved back in with his dad for a lil bit till he finds a spot.
