JOURNAL:
Had a pretty decent nights sleep,
Dealt with 1 wake up from baby,
And kids didn't wake up until 7ish.
Got out of bed feeling fatigued and sore through my back and legs,
Had a pretty level of training this week and 2 nights of poor sleep,
I guess it all caught up,
Had some voltaren and Ibuprofen and just relaxed for the morning,
But still got myself into the gym for my Priming session for game day tomorrow,
It generally low effort/low weights as is,
So I just toned it down further and went through the movements,
Body was greatful for it after the fact.
Home and finished off the lawns,
Cooler weather means they don't need to be done very frequently,
But they're still looking great
Spent the rest of the arvo and night just relaxing with the kids.
