My recent labs on US pharmacies Testenolol E-300

My dose is 210mg a week. I also do 3-4mg retatrutide a week. I don't use anything else. I believe retatrutide has helped lower my hematocrit and hemoglobin. My previous lab in January, I was doing 140mg a week

My bilirubin has always been kinda high since I was born. My mom tells me I was born yellow

I plan on doing a blast cycle of 16 weeks, probably just 500mg test and add some anastrozole to control estradiol. Maybe add some anavar at the end. I need to do labs for my cholesterol which must have improved on retatrutide.

I thought about adding 200mg masteron, but I'd rather try test only first

it most certainly is going to help with your #'s. if you lose an extra tire or 2 that is going to happen

The retic can definitely help, as others have said, because it makes you leaner and that in itself can help with your blood markers.

I think that is an excellent number on 140 mg as long as your labs are okay with that dosage. Sometimes you'll notice your blood thickening up too much. You should donate.

F+W bound is 684 which is out of range, does this mean a lot testosterone available for tissue?

but then is this %50.3, so does this mean 50.3% of my total is available?

CMP looks good as well as all other markers including IGF1. Test/Free Test is at the range you want for your dosing.

Only issue I see here is high e2. I would try and always insist on getting LCMS e2 tested

Not really. I seem to do well with higher E2.

My libido and erection is always good, always horny. No acne, except an occasional pimple on the back. No problem sleeping. Energy is good. This level is nothing. I have tested as high has 79pg with 950ng testosterone in the past. I think from doing subq/shallow IM.

I switched to IM with proper 1" needle and this may have lowered estradiol or my body just adjusted. My testosterone is higher and estradiol is lower than before.

Even at 79pg, never had any issues. The only time I had a problem was 2 years ago, when I was using a compounding cream which for the first 6 months worked fine, then it stopped working, despite increasing the dose.

My testosterone plummeted to 150ng and I started getting acne all over from higher estradiol to test level I believe. I never had as much acne activity on my back as then, not even now at 1360ng

I'd prefer to do TRT with no AI, tho my dose and levels are more sports TRT

I plan to do a 16 week blast on 500mg testosterone only and add 1mg a week anastrozole and see how I do.

My suspicion is with anastrozole 1mg, my estradiol should be around 80 tops or maybe less while on 500mg, so I should be technically fine
