A dilemma: Please help

Okay guys, I've got a dilemma on my hands. When I first came out of prison in January of this year, I was 190. During this Corona virus shit, I've been stuck at home with a 50 pound kettle bell, two 50 pound dumbbells, and a pull up bar. Well I've been using this Carnivor shit...and barely yesterday I noticed that my arms are way too bulky at 204 pounds, and 5'9....(even my chick told me she said I'm too big, but I don't like being this size either) I'm about 13 % body fat, but that's besides the point...My chest is big, but my arms are bigger than my chest(you guys know what I mean by that), so I want to shrink back down...but I don't want my chest to shrink too...My back is big as fuck and legs and delts are too, so I am not really worried about them...just my chest...so, I know I should avoid lifting reps anywhere from 1-rep to 15-reps, and lifting higher so I can avoid anymore muscle hypertrophy and eating less....how many grams of protein or calories do you guys recommend or whatever to shrink back down to maybe about 195or 190, and what should I do about my chest...I'm calling on any tips period that can help me out...thanks!
 
And I know some of you muscle head guys are going to be like, "aww man, 204? I bench that 50 times or whatever", but it's not for everyone so....lol...I definitely don't want to use anabolics anymore.....but I will fuck with the shit to make me fuck like a champ...
 
I suggest you do like high reps, real high reps on the bigger bodyparts. I had shoulders too small and arms too big I did low reps high weights shoulders it worked and switched high reps low weights arms.

Aww man 204? I bench at least 100 times that 😂 messing with you. I would for sure do lower weight higher reps if you want results. High rep low weight intensity is important.
 
My son had this exact same problem. Things like bench would make his arms explode in size, yet had trouble with his chest (completely opposite to myself).
The answer for him anyways was to stay away from arms only routines and bench with much wider grip on the bar. It took a lot off the triceps and forced work more onto his chest. Dumbell flyes don't use the arms much either but hit chest hard.

who gives a shit what anything thinks or says honestly... the only thing you should be worried about is staying healthy and improving yourself every day... fck what anyone else thinks

Oh it was just a statement, since you guys are probably huge as fuck...but I really don't give two fucks what anybody says..I did my whole 15 year stint because I didn't give a fuck....lol...but I agree about staying healthy...

Not really...everyone just comments on how I got "big" since my post prison body, I was 127...lol...but yeah, my arms are too big for my taste anyways, I just want my arms a little smaller and my physique would be ideal to me...thanks guys!

sculpt your body bro... work what needs to be worked and what doesn't... don't.

cables, and machines are good for sculpting. barbells and dumbells better for size and strength.

Thanks bro...I agree..That's why I can't wait until they open the gyms back up....I'm sick of this shit...lol

I've had this problem forever My arms grow without doing much at all. Chest I have to work the shit out of and still cant get it up to match my arms.

Yeah, like my triceps, they're huge as fuck and I don't even isolate them...My biceps grew like hell from all the hammers, preachers, concentration curls, and etc...now I've realized I want them smaller...lol..My chest is definitely not small, but I can still see the difference, I'm ocd...lol

bro, it's been too fucking long already...I was almost sure that they would have found a cure or some kind of vaccine by now...lol...Shit it was a miracle I got a haircut! (by some trash ass barber, as I'm new to this town, but it beats looking like a cave man...haha)
