A dilemma: Please help

Yeah, like my triceps, they're huge as fuck and I don't even isolate them...My biceps grew like hell from all the hammers, preachers, concentration curls, and etc...now I've realized I want them smaller...lol..My chest is definitely not small, but I can still see the difference, I'm ocd...lol

I decreased arm work and increased volume on chest. Its helped a little to even out but my arms are still overpowering everything else
