Using deca the right and wrong way

please tell me which deca-durabolin cycle would work best for me
I’m 6’1’’
163 pounds
9% body fat
Skinny and tall from canada
500 mg testosterone 500mg deca durabolin
OR
250mgs testosterone 700 mg deca durabolin
OR
750 mg testosterone and 200 mg deca durabolin.
I want to get bigger
 
at your height and weight, you should only be focusing on your diet man... you can EASILY gain 15-20 lbs by just correcting your diet... you are extremely undersized.. i get criticized all the time about being "too skinny" and i weigh 175 at your height so you have to look wayyy skinny and thats NOT a good idea to use steroids being that undersized...
 
Yea bro you need to just learn to eat and lift first. Steriods or any performance enhancers come after you have built a solid base after a year or two

deca durabolin right way is 400mgs with test 400mgs and proviron
