USP confirmed rec of payment on 9/30...still haven't heard when they'll ship. This is my 4th order fyi.....no issues with any and this one I used the wrong email on but that was resolved a week ago as them having payment. Not like they didn't have my contact info on my account and sent me...

The update is that I was emailing the wrong address. I was using the email for the payment vs contact@us...... They confirmed they had the payment on 9/30. I've not heard from them since but I guess I will shortly. Sorry for the mistake and getting pissed off. I had sent a customer inquiry...

yeah I was emailing the wrong address......same address I used the email they use for payments... pully (something) but I also sent inquires via the website ..... anyway..they got back to me

sorry i'm not really familiar with this site.....i've just "used it" for a resource so to speak. I did post a copy of my order and proof of payment on another thread...hopefully the correct one :) Like can I edit or delete posts like this one which are basically duplicates?
