Cheers brother! Only just on my first night back tonight. Nightshift usually skip the breakfast throughout the week if I can and just load up on their protein option for dinner and crib meals.

Going through a bit of a phase atm where the scale isn’t changing much but body composition is definitely changing adding some muscle & lean mass

How do you find DSIP works for you?
I gave it a go the other week after nightshift an it helped but wasn’t sold on it. Mine is nasal spray though roughly 250mcg each spray was only doing the 1 spray nightly
