Very busy week at work so far.
Weekly avg weight is still down which I’m happy about.
Have added a weight lifting belt now into my leg press for some more support.

Love being back on the bolus injection of Reta tbh seems to help my appetite control a lot better rather then splitting over two injections in the same week.

Energy levels very flat the SLU & mots c is helping me push through and get these workouts in after big days at work.

Got another inbody scan coming up next week I'm looking forward to.
