Approved Log My Testosterone, Anavar, Winstrol, Cardarine Log

Friday:
Back/Bicep day
15 min run 2 miles
Battle ropes: 3x 1 minute HARD; 30 sec breaks
Air Rower machine: 3x 1 minute HARD; 30 sec breaks
Stretch
Sit ups <45° incline: 3x 20
Ab wheel: 3x 10 (This and sit ups both help stretch and kinda prepare my shoulders, lats, hips, and core for back/bicep day in addition to working abs).

Pull ups @ bodyweight 230lbs: 5 x 6

Max width Lat pull down: 3x10 120, 130, 140

Straight arm lat pull down: 3x10 100, 110, 120

Reverse pecfly machine: 3x10 130, 140, 150

Barbell rows: 3x10 135, 145, 155

Shrugs dumbells: 3x10, 2(65's, 75's, 85's)

Standing Dumbell curls: 3x10 30, 40, 50

Preacher curls: 3x10 65, 75, 85

Seated Dumbell isolation curls drop sets to max reps: 30lbs, 25, 20, 15, 10
 
Ok about the Strawberries. Is that just for calorie reduction or something else? Just curious.
Also I have not ordered any N2guard. I am considering getting some of that once I use the stuff I have first. Gotta buy a little at a time. My 3 kids are expensive lol. Here is the protiens I've been using. And most of my supplements like fish oil, zinc, magnesium, etc are your basic drugstore brand.

Shit guys I got jammed up at work from 630 this morning until 11pm by time I get home so I didn't get log or hit the gym today but working 16.5 hours ought to count for something close to a workout lol. Work is my biggest challenge because I never know my schedule until I'm on a job site then have to stay until I fix the problem. I do commercial electrical, Building automation, HVACR, and some plumbing but specialized in supermarket refrigeration which they obviously have to have... Diet was the same yogurt dish for breakfast, weighed for accuracy. 10oz chicken breast for lunch. 2 boiled eggs a couple hours later and that's all so far unfortunately. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I'm supposed to be off work.
 
milk thistle detox supplement won't do a thing for us, maybe granny but not us

def get n2guard, if its a money issue use 3-4 caps to stretch the bottle out. Even at half dose it still will be way more effective than that

@DMFE i suggest getting n2guard you can split it into 3mo so worth the split
