I'll be engaging in a "simple" core conditioning home workout session today with an exercise ball and dumbbell. I'll start a warm-up routine and round up with a cool down stretching session. Enjoy!

#4 & 5. DB Reverse Lunge to High Knee (Right & Left) - 60 sec
#6. Squat Jumps - 30 sec
#7. Bicycle Crunches - 30 sec
#8. Curtsy Lunges - 30 sec
#9. Hamstring Curl - 30 sec
#10. Plank - 30 sec
#11. Jumping Lunges - 30 sec
#12. Burpees - 30 sec
