What's up Anabolex family. Let me start by saying Happy Holidays to each and every one of yall!
So back in July I tore something in my shoulder while on the bench press. I had a feeling it was pretty serious and sure enough it ended up being a pretty serious tear that would require surgery. A few days after the injury i was at the orthopedic specialist and with just xrays he couldnt see much but gave me a steroid shot and said he'd see me in 6 weeks and if it wasn't better we'd do an MRI. 6 weeks later it had only gotten worse and we did an mri which revealed a pretty serious tear in my rotator cuff that would require surgery. A few members on here asked me to do a log on the surgery and recovery so here it is.
I had the surgery yesterday morning (Dec 20th) It was called

"
right shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, biceps tenodesis"

Here's a few pics for yall

Arm was completely numb until I woke up this morning. They prescribed

Norco 5mg 4x ed
Naproxen 500mg
some laxative pill and baby Aspirin

I have BPC157 and TB500 stocked up and began this last night. First shot was 500mcg of bpc and 2.5mg of tb500.
I will continue with these 2
BPC157 500mcg 2x ed
TB500 2.5mg eod

I can feel and move my arm again and began these very light exercises today which I'm supposed to do 4xs daily. Will keep yall posted, gotta wash my ass and get ready for church. Much love and respect 🫡

Lol I know, I can't tell what any of them are either really, I guess just showing everything sewed back together

Gotta be a lot of studying and education to be able to cut into someone like that.
the pictures are pretty intense.

bro for bad shoulder in texas we do it the manly way.

we tie you shoulder to truck bumper and hit the gas hard. that pops it back into place no problems after

One of the things I want to see on this is how fast you recover.

how fast you are back pushing some big weight.

I'm sure you will be fine, man.

Happy holidays. And hopefully, this is the start of a good recovery process.

How long did the doctor say it would take before you can start lifting again?
I'm curious what their prognosis was.

Surgery is never a fun experience, but sometimes we have to get it done.

It's good. You got it out of the way and you can move on now.
