That's all I've ever done before when on trt. But one of the mods on here said not to pin there because it's more likely to cause infection. So idk.
sometimes you will be more sensitive to certain brands. we all are the same way

Can't wait to get back in the gym. Once my test goes up to normal level it's game time. I have good genetics I believe because I blow up quickly. When I was 17 I weighed 165lbs benching 260lbs. I use to take this stuff called sytropin. Not really sure much of what it was but feel like it may have been the reason I was able to do this. I started out benching 160lbs weighing 165lbs then after like 7 months I was benching 260lbs! Hopefully that happens to me again when my test gets back up.

post a video of yourself injecting.

post it on here. we will see if we can notice something you can change
 
don't inject in the same spot over and over.

that will cause problems and scar tissue to form
 
Hello everyone, so I pinned in the quads day before yesterday and today it feels like someone kneed my leg. Feels like a bruise on my leg and not sure if it's from bad gear or my body not use to a needle but it sucks. Hopefully goes away soon and thankfully I don't walk or stand much during my job.
my advice is don't ever inject in that spot

try somewhere else. if it keeps happening its either your gear isn't agreeing with you or you are not injecting right
 
This is why I just avoid quads all together. Some people love pinning them but not for me. I do get it though, easy to see so might be easy to pin, but I always got pip so just stuck to delts and glutes.
 
Coach @GHgut4life told me to do some cardio. Needles to say I hate cardio but I'm doing it now. I did weight training first. Today was biceps and back as well as forearms. I did bicep curls worth preacher curl bar 15-20 reps for 4 sets. I also did another workout I'm not sure what is actually called but it was my forearms on cable with a small straight bar. I did those 10 reps 4 sets. Then did lat pull downs with some crazy attachment that made both palms face towards each other. Finally I did rows for back. Then did cardio and am currently now sitting at a speed of 2.8 and a incline of 3 while making this post. Also again I'm not going to eat for awhile.
