Dumbbell Bench Press
W/up then 12.5kg @ x 15 reps, 22.5kg @ x 15 reps, 32.5kg x 15 reps, 42.5kg/93.5lbs @ x 8 reps (only on the last set did I get help into position)
Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
set up + 67.5kg/148.5lbs
LH: 1, 1+1 and 1 rep. Needs work

Gave the new Hip Belt Squat a go Hip Belt
Tried as is then loaded it over several sets to a top work set +set up of 220kg x 8 reps. It felt similar to 300kg x 8 on the Hatfield. Small twinge on the lower right again above the hip

160kg x 15 reps, 310kg x 15 reps and 460kg x 15 reps
Lying Leg Curls
8p x 8 reps, 13p x 8 reps
