Fasted 18hrs


Macros :152p 45f 21c 1097 cal
Meal 1 (Post-Workout Shake):


- 6 oz egg whites, 1 scoop PB whey, 1 tbsp PB Fit, 1/2 cup almond milk,


Meal 2:


- 6 oz halibut or scallops, 100g asparagus, 100g cucumber, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 cup Oikos Triple Zero


Meal 3:


- 6 oz smoked salmon, 100g zucchini or cucumber, 1/2 avocado, lemon juice


Meal 4 (Evening Casein):


- 1 scoop casein, 1 tbsp PB Fit, 1/2 cup almond milk, cinnamo
Looking good on the meals
 
Bro rn I feel better if I’m being honest. High fat didn’t make me feel as good as getting almost all fats from omega 3s along with trace amounts from meat. But I can up it to 30-40g per day by adding some avocado or nuts
you might be out of ketosis though bro thats the difference in feel
you in keto?

Yea I think its the fact that my omega 3s are way higher since before my main source of fat was butter now its wild caught smoked salmon

Yea bro that style is one of my favorites just slap it on the grill rare elk with lime and salt hits the spot. I might come down in July which part do you recommend

Yea sure thing, I’m out of ketone strips I ordered them so I have to wait until Tuesday for those but should last another 2 months

Yea I figured now that it’s summer time it would be a great time to test it out. I’m currently trying out a recipe using 1.5 cups kefir 1 pasture raised chicken egg with 11g raw honey and organic vanilla bean w lemon juice and zest. Just for overall gut health while curbing that sweet tooth from all the salty foods

No cardio or exercise cause gym was closed
