need help with chest development?

So I have a question after going to the gym for 3 months and not seeing enough changes to my chest. I am at the gym and I’m trying to get more results. I want that hardness but I have very flabby chest, especially the bottom part of my chest.
Should I go more heavy reps? Or should I do lower weight and go higher reps that way?
 
chest development is always something people worry about
i'm telling you it will improve as you mature
 
go high weight, lower reps
it is cliche but it will work
 
try doing some pushups. put a weight on your back and hit them high rep
