help with anti aging with nutrobal?

I’m looking to get some nutrobal mk677.
My main goals are anti-aging, I’m 61 years old, and I’m 5’10” and I’m 185 lbs. I think I can stand to lose a little weight but more importantly, I would like to take it at 25 mg of data to help with my sleep and help reverse aging. Has anyone tried using it? And is it true that I have to run in at least 6 months?

at your age get some real hgh and test for TRT
