Noob need help

Hey guys, I’m new to all of this I just made my account to start to take this serious I just did a bid of 4 years down in Centinela, CA and I always been skinny but all you can do in prison is work out so obviously I worked out and I did get gains not where I’d like cus there was times I was on and off but I did get healthy and I was getting bigger my family and friends noticed when they would see new pictures of myself fast foward to my release I ended up getting sick and losing a lot of weight about 30 pounds and I’m slim with no body fat so it was really all my muscle that I lost really losing discipline and motivation also. I just got a job recently as a guard and I was really excited cus it was a great opportunity my first day there im suited and booted in my gear and the owner walks in and I get a call from my boss basically telling me the owner says he wants someone bigger it kind of sucks bro for someone to doubt you like that so I talked to my boss and basically we came to a agreement of me getting my weight back up and a good frame he’d put me back so I’m thinking of taking a cycle and yes a lot of you would say just do it naturally first but I don’t have time for that right now I want to get a cycle out the way get a boost and continue naturally and maybe down the line if I want more I’ll do more but we’ll see. My question is can someone guide me on the best stuff to stack on and what would be the best stuff to start on. I appreciate y’all and Thankyou.

to really get guidance we need to know more about you, your diet training log with pics and more

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Okay I’ll start to write everything down bro and I appreciate the reply but I’ve never done a cycle bro so that’s why I’m asking what to start out with and how to go about it. I’m 5’9 I’m currently skin and bones at 130 bro lost hella weight and it was messing with my diet to where I wasn’t eating cus I had no appetite but now I’m better I worked out today I did nothing but pull-ups regular shoulder width and then wide pull-ups I did 15 sets of 10 and I ran uphill for 10 minutes at the speed of 5.5 on the treadmill and then I did a bunch of burnouts pull-ups again 10 sets of whatever I could max out and then I did some reps of barbells 30 pounders and 100 push-ups it’s my first day back of working out so don’t make fun of me lmao. Supplements ? I’m not taking any but I’m hopping back on creatine which means ill be in my loading phase so 4 or 5 times a day one scoop and I take sea moss here and there nothing else im trying to learn and see what’s the best shit out there for me and what steroid would be the best to do for a first time user for the best gains. I been working out on and off for 5 years I’m young in my 20s and my sleep schedule isn’t great it could be better bro. Honestly bro I haven’t been taking care myself since I was released in June and I’m tired of it I don’t want to get older and feel it because I was too lazy and undisciplined to care about my health. So please get back at me and I appreciate your reply and I accept all advice and criticism we’re all in here to get better.

it should be punishment and they should be whipping you every day
the guards in my country beat up prisoners that is how it should be

just start eating nutritious food and hit the gym hard

but what you can do is ask you to get a log Journal going
