Standing hammy curl, (never done this one before)
Set 1 - 4, 42kg, 15 reps

Leg extension
Set 1 - 4, 62kg, 12 reps

Leg press
Set 1 - 2, 240kg, 15 reps
Set 3 - 4, 315kg, 14 reps

Hack squat
Set 1 - 4, 80kg, 12 reps

Leg extension #2
Set 1 - 4, 54kg, 15 reps

Laying down hamstring curl
Set 1 - 5, 65kg, 15 reps
Good workout
 
has been a little lacked as of this week,

I did some shrugs the other night and wanted to go heavy as I has some straps with me, and managed to go heavier than I have before, but I believe I have also pulled a muscle I my neck too so as a result, ive been on some anti inflammation tabs which has been helping,

Warm showers and some light light neck stretching is working

Its been like this for about 4 days but I'm on the mend, so no need to worry

And I'll be back training like a true viking again
