I’m Shawn Fuller and I’m in my 40s. I’ve been into fitness, sports and exercise my whole life. My dad got me in the weight room at about sixth grade. He would wake me up at four in the morning and take me down to the high school football team weights training room , where our friend “Doc” was the chiropractor. He let his close friends come down to train early before school started.
What got me into enhanced bodybuilding and training? I would have to say, age play the huge factor in it. I was natural almost all of my life, until my testosterone levels dipped in my mid 30s due to a crazy baby mama. Hahahaha.
At that point, I noticed myself balding, getting fat, being lazy and that was never my MO.
I tried using the medical system to maintain a healthy physique, but between the dosage they would give me and the hoops I’d have to jump through, it almost made it not worth my time.

My enhanced journey started out with classic testosterone cyp. 250. I took that for a long while, probably 2 years before I started playing with anabolics.
My first real cycle consisted of sust 500, deca 500, tren 200. Before my first cycle, I looked like I was in shape and taken care of. 12 weeks later I was breaking necks walking through the grocery store. It was a big change from what I used to get from the general public and I’ve always been pretty good with the women, but it seems like every cycle, I do the easier and easier things become with the opposite sex.
Don’t get me fucked up. I am divorced. I do have two baby mamas, 2 kids and enough baggage to fill up at 747!!!!
When the first 12 weeks cycle was done, I went back to just using multi ester test at 500 mg a week with HCG as my PCT.
After that first cycle, I took the information I gained from it and the knowledge and sat down and really started investigating what I’m putting into my body and what it does and length of time that things are used. There’s a lot of opinions and a lot of ways to go about achieve your goal.
What I’m here to do is put some information out on how I’ve ran my programs. The only really big mistakes that I’ve made and I have noticed is to be sure to pan in the proper spot in the very beginning because that can be a little hard when you’re doing it by yourself and that some people can’t take some compounds. Their body and mine just do not cooperate with them.
For me personally I cannot touch Tren anymore. Now looking back at it, I probably should’ve been a little bit more educated on that before I started it. Not saying that it is a bad compound. It is a very strong compound that can give you some nasty personality trait spikes..
I talked to some people telling me they’re taking 800mg trena week , my jaw about drops through the fucking floor. If you wanna go back to Arnold days, 76 mg a pin and you’re good to go. Why?? Because it’s so fucking strong. If I were ever to dabble in that compound again, I wouldn’t be going over 76 mg a pin to minimize any side effects and see if they are right that they are the “golden era”.

I first found Steroidify about a year and a half into my TRT journey, my good buddy Adam finally showed me his connection (hahahah)! After my first couple of interactions I was very satisfied with them at one point there was a mistake with one of the shipping and they more than compensated for it , showing that they do have empathy for the small guy. Just like 90% of you guys out there I saw the ad for the The logo and get 5K in product over the next year and thought hell yeah. So I thought about it for a few days and I was like I’ll send in my bio and some pictures and see if I can hit the jackpot and I did.
When they contacted me and told me that they have picked me to be the recipient of that prize package, shit got real. I really sat down and thought about it because it’s gonna be there for the rest of my life. Right there, when I thought about the rest of my life, I knew that testosterone was gonna be part of it and that I would more than likely be dealing with this company until I’m too old to pick up a dumbbell. And through all the passing interactions, which have all been positive, I thought if any logo should go on my body in this world, it should be this one.
When all of this went down and everybody was happy with the terms, I decided to do a fresh break and stop all TRT and anabolic’s to show what you can do from a baseline good physique with a little bit of money and a whole lotta fucking effort, food and sleep

So needless to say today, I got my first package from Steroidify and I will be running the following:
Nakon Super test 450blend @ 800mg
A-tech labs dro e200 @ 400mg
A-tech labs prim e200 @ 400mg
Nakon eq 500 @ 500mg
Pharmacom hgh @ 3 iu a day
TB-500 @.01 mil a day
IPAMORELIN @.01 mil a day
MOTS-C @.01 mil a day
As time progresses, dosage amounts will increase. I’ll be here. Posting progress, pictures, answering questions and trying to gain any knowledge possible from y’all.
As for diet, if I wanna get cut, I’m gonna go into a deficit. If I want to build muscle, I’m gonna be at a surplus. if I wanna bulk I’m gonna add a lot of carbs and fats.
For the cycle, I’m probably gonna stay at a very low surplus calorie wise towards the end. I will go into a deficit and a cut but right now we’re gonna be building some muscle.
6 DIET:
My go to meal plan for the day to cut :
Breakfast: eggs 2 whole and 2 whites and 1cup oat meal no sugar made with low fat milk blueberries on top to give us some flavor
Drink water
Lunch: sandwiches lots of protein
Drink water
Dinner: chicken, tri tip, or pork for protein as much as you can stomach
Green veggie
White rice
I believe food is energy but can also have flavor


We all need carbs that’s what really keeps us going luckily my body processes ,well so bread works in my diet plan .
For the cycle, I’m probably gonna stay at a very low surplus calorie wise towards the end. I will go into a deficit and a cut but right now we’re gonna be building some muscle.

My training style is old school dumbbells grab them fuckers off the rack. You go do your set, you stand up. You walk the fuckers back over to the rack if you can’t do all that shit, put the dummy’s down and lower the weight.
Unless you’re maxing out then drop em that’s the only time you will find me doing that.
During the winter when I’m just trying to maintain, I usually run a high rep, low weight training program. Right now, I’m trying to go Bigfoot vlog steaz so we’re gonna be doing more weight less reps
Day 1: Shoulder, Triceps, and Abs
2 warm up sets of 10-12 reps and 1 working set of 8-10 reps
• Smith machine shoulder press
• Dumbbell lateral raise
1 set of 10-12 reps for warm up and 1 working set of 8-10 rep
• One arm cable lateral raise
• Dumbbell shrugs
2 warm up sets of 10-12 reps and 1 working set of 8-10 reps
• Cable press down
1 set of 10-12 reps for warm up and 1 working set of 6-8 reps
• Lying EZ-Bar Triceps Extension

Day 2: Back
2 warm up sets of 10-12 reps and 1 working set of 8-10 reps

2 sets of 12-14 reps for warm up and 1 working set of 10-12 reps

Take a 5-minute break
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps and 1 working set of 10-12 reps. For the calf press, perform 3 rest-pause sets to failure.
• Stiff-Legged Deadlift

Day 7: Rest
Some weeks if I feel like I can handle it I’ll throw an extra shoulder day on there and my shoulder workout looks like this. I try not to do too much pressing, especially if I’m trying to isolate as my shoulder muscle.
