Just left the gym. My diet is on point. I weigh 237.8 lbs. Cant wait to go to gym tomorrow!
Honestly felt a little tired tonight and weeker or less agressive.

The only carbs I eat is vegtables, sweet potatoes and rice. The rest Is all protien and fats, from Pork and steak. I feel alot leaner today! I have no idea at what body fat % I am at but maybe I can go 10 pounds lighter?
