Last night I was in bed by 10pm trying to sleep but was tossing and turning till around 4am when I started to feel tired, I decided to not sleep and wait until a reasonable time today to sleep, I feel very very tired today but my motivation for the gym is back and when I was training I was able to push and completed the whole workout. Ready to get some good sleep tonight. Currently in the sauna at 82C and will be here for total of 40 mins
