Whoop is showing that I didn’t get the best sleep but I feel really good today, no fatigue or tiredness. Workout was really good I was focusing on controlling and slowing it down. The 5 sets of dips worked really well. Went to the physio before going to the gym and he’s given me a bunch more exercises to do and he gave me a massage. In the sauna currently and will be here for 30-40 mins in total.
