TRT & MOTS-C Log - War Born Peptides

I am UndoTyping. First time doing this logging stuff I usually just browse the forums just to look at different sellers lists and that’s it haha.

I’m 32 years old, single, and live on my own with my dog Odin. He’s a German Shepherd and my best mate.
I started my TRT journey at the beginning of 2025. I’d been feeling more and more sluggish and tired, so I got some blood work done and it came back low. I decided to jump on TRT as soon as I could. I looked into clinics here in Australia, but they were pretty expensive.
 
A few of the guys I work with helped me source everything, as I wasn’t very confident with bitcoin pat the time and they’re all well across it. Pretty much all the boys at work are on something haha. When I told them I was keen to start, everyone had different suggestions on what I should run.

At the moment I’m running 125mg per week of Test E, split into five injections. Since starting TRT, I’ve been feeling incredible.


Through recommendations from mates, I found the evolutionary forum and also came across @War Born Peptides. About a month ago I started running his MOTS-C and have been really enjoying the added focus and energy. He’s been a huge help with dosing advice, teaching me how to reconstitute peptides, and was very patient showing me how to buy and send USDT on ETH.

I went to place another order today as I was running low, and we spoke about me becoming a logger—so here I am.

Stats:
  • 32-year-old male
  • 177cm
  • 84.1kg (this morning)
Current protocol:
  • 125mg Test E / week
  • 2mg MOTS-C (training days only)
  • 5mg Cialis
  • Multivitamin
  • Zinc
  • Vitamin C
  • Krill oil
  • Baby aspirin
Training split:
Push / Pull / Legs

I add cardio and abs in between sessions when I can—usually treadmill or cross trainer for around 30 minutes. I aim for three cardio sessions per week.


I try to train five days a week, but work and life can take priority at times.

Macros:

  • 185g protein
  • 75g fat
  • 330g carbs
I try to push protein a bit higher when I can, but I’m not big on relying on too many shakes—this is just my baseline.

Goals:
Build muscle while keeping body fat as low as possible, and most importantly, just feel good. I try not to let lifting take over my entire life.

My job is very physical—I’m up early and working long hours in construction—so the MOTS-C has been a big help in making sure I’ve still got enough energy left to train in the afternoons. Before this, it was a lot of coffee, sugar-free energy drinks, and pre-workout just to get through.

I’ll do my best to log progress week to week. It’s a bit of a challenge figuring out what to write, but I’ll check out some of the other logs and get a better idea as I go.

Really grateful to @War Born Peptides for the opportunity to run this—I won’t let you or your team down.

Sorry to bang on with a triple post. I had it all written in the one big one. The forum kept telling me I had spam and inappropriate content when I went to post so I was breaking up the long message to see what would work. Doing all this on my phone so it was hard.

Seems it doesn’t like the word C R Y P T O so I had to change it bitcoin. Then I could post the whole message.
