Yesterday I got back to the training with a big push session. The strength is still going up so is the scale. My appetite and digestion still feel like they’re in a really good spot. I have my bloodwork coming up soon. I would like to push it to 20 weeks assuming all is well there. Blood pressure is in a really good spot as well.
