Posting yesterday’s training since today was a rest day and I forgot to post. I trained my upper body with an emphasis on my lats and shoulders.

Weight: 210.8

2 sets incline dumbbells 140s
3 sets t bar row 160
4 sets lat raises 20
4 sets face pulls 55
3 sets single arm lat pulldown 85lb

Daily injections:
100mg test e USP
86mg mast e USP
10mg Tren a USP
50mg var training days USP
4 iu hgh USP
6.25 aromasin eod

Food:
270g protein
500g carbs
40g fat

Cardio:
30 minutes, 10% incline 2.5 speed. 15k steps

@satxbber good to see you with this update, champ. I think it's been a little while since I saw an update on your log. I came across it just now though. Good job on this. I like the simple training style.

Can definitely tell that you have amazing size. @satxbber your physique is tremendous and you're unstoppable. I don't think that you are going to have an issue growing going forward.
