New to the site and first time doing a proper log so go easy on me if I miss a few things early on.
Been around the game a long time now. I’ve been running @RegenexPharma peptides from way before he ever jumped on forums, and more recently using Gold Standard Labs oils along with another vendor that isn’t on here. Honestly both have been the best quality I’ve used in a long time… and I’ve been doing this long enough to know the difference
Stats:
Age: 49
Height: 6’3
Weight: 91kg
I’ve been in a bit of a trimming phase lately. Pretty active between the gym and MMA, so conditioning is decent at the moment. Plan from here is to slowly push calories up and start adding some lean size without blowing out.
Cycle:
SUS250 – 500mg weekly (Gold Standard Labs)
Mast E – 300mg weekly (other vendor not here)
EQ – 150mg weekly (Gold Standard Labs)
Peptides (all @RegenexPharma ):
HGH – 3.5iu daily
KLOW – 12iu daily
MOTS-C – 1.5mg x3 weekly
Retatrutide – 1.5mg weekly
SLU-PP – 5mg daily
Meds: (@RegenexPharma )
Cialis – 5mg daily
Baby aspirin
Supps:
Men’s Vital Cycle Support (@RGSX )
Fish oil (extra on top)
Vital Gut Health (RGSX)
Digestive enzymes (RGSX)
Nutrition:
Sitting around the 3000 cal mark at the moment, but I’ll likely start pushing that up as I move into a growth phase.
Protein is around 250g daily.
Been a bit slack lately tracking everything properly with work being flat out, but I’ll tighten that back up. Most meals are pretty basic—chicken/rice/veg or steak and veg. Nothing fancy.
Run a business so a fair bit of eating on the go, which doesn’t always help, but I make it work.
Training:
Currently running a pretty standard split:
Push (chest/shoulders/tris)
Pull (back/rear delts/bis)
Legs
Rest or light cardio/MMA
Upper
Lower
Repeat
Nothing crazy—focus is on good execution and pushing sets hard. Still training heavy where it makes sense but a bit smarter these days with recovery and joints.
