Romanian Deadlift – 4 × 10 60kg same with these didn’t feel the best
Walking Lunges – 3 × 12 each leg 10kg dumbell
Leg Extension – 3 × 15 50kg
Seated Hamstring Curl – 3 × 8 50kg
Seated Calf Raises – 4 × 15 40kg
Legs today. Lower back still stinging a lil bit just took it easy with weights
Walked on incline on the tready for 45mins just watching dumb shit on my phone the whole time lol
Big stretch sesh before and after legs felt
good.
