lol one day maybe ! Me and my partner have spoke bout it. See what happens. I think in the next year or two maybe as im not getting younger 🤣
 
Got the next few weeks off work. In between big projects so it allows us to either do something part time or just take some time to R&R plus I had a bunch of holidays up my sleeve so gonna be heaps more active on here and hopefully get a workout in most days


Back Squat

Incline Dumbbell Press – 4×8 27.5kg
Seated Shoulder Press 3×8 22.5kgs
Cable Lateral Raises 3×10 10 kg
Chest Fly Machine – 3×10 45kg
Tricep Pushdowns – 3×10 35 kg
Overhead Tricep Extension 3×10 30kg

Was a good one really felt my chest pump!

Today was going to be rest however did cardio and abs again. Couldn’t sit around and not do nothing.

25 mins treadmill and abs again.

Took my German Shepard for a walk round our neighbourhood was a nice day for it

In talks with a coach atm. My mate is a PT but his hooked me up with someone who does more body building stuff. Its $70 a week though so maybe I won’t I don’t know yet.

I want to maybe start a bulk phase soon and maybe add in another oil. I am looking at masteron or Deca. excited but also scared lol

If primo was cheaper maybe I would do it like you are atm. Did you notice massive difference adding in another oil from doing only trt?

How do the shoulders go with the chest/shoulder based workouts?

Do these sets hit failure or is there more in the tank?

Plenty of volume 🙌 I think if you can do it why not. I gotta turn my workouts down a notch these days.

Primo takes awhile to see results, so having only been 2.5weeks on, I can't honestly say as such yet.

They are alright. My elbows yesterday tho felt like shit with the tri exercises at the end

Most of my sets are either failure or nerly fail. I used to do always do till fail but form was getting worse .

Yer righto I gotta keep looking them all up. My mate reckons if I just bump the test doses up and have ai on hand incase shit goes bad with my e2 I will still love it and see lots of progress. But I am freaking out bout gyno so thinking mast to kill any side effects.
