You told me my lower lats needed some work so it lit a fire under me to really focus on them. I can admit for the longest I mainly hit upper and middle back because I was so focused on looking wider
Oh my apologies I took prep as in when did I start cardio and reducing carbs. My tren test and Proviron cycle started around July 1st along with a clean bulk.
But I decided to actually get coach a few weeks ago hence why my diet got changed. So technically it’ll be 12weeks maybe a little more...
Thanks brother that’s much appreciated the suffering is just starting with this prep. But with that in this sport the person that suffers the most is rewarded in the end!
I’m starting the prep now I’m 7weeks out I just started running winstrol and Anavar at 25mgs each. I only take the Var on training days and the winny is everyday. Test is lowered back to 250 a week. Will be cutting out tren so my heart doesn’t explode while on these orals lol
