most pre-workout supps are waste of money IMO. Might get blood flow and pumps but lots of caffeine, I like creatine but quit taking pre-workout supps. Lookinf for better pumps and something like that?

I usually go with Nutrabio whey protein bc they're known for putting out high quality stuff. They also are considered ethical and 3rd party tested and all that great stuff. Who does everyone else use for whey protein?

I would only trust approved sources from here for a reason but weird bc they’re ranked 6th overall on eroids. Trust me when I say you wont go wrong with sources on here
