I’m in my early 40’s I used Deca durabolin a while back and I loved it but since then I have not used it. I think I want to try it again my plan is to do 300 mg a week, and do 500mg of testosterone my question is how much arimidex would i need on this cycle and should I add in nolvadex or not.

I'm doing a cycle with testosterone, deca-durabolin, masteron, and have been using Arimidex along the way. I have been feeling very lethargic now that I am on week 6 and it started three weeks ago. what do you think causes this and what can I do to help out. I don't feel like even going anywhere
