Small lump is that gyno?

I’m 6’1’’
220 pounds
18% body fat
Running my first cycle 600mg a week testosterone cypionate. Got some sore nipples early on so cut back on dosage and Started using Arimidex and things started to get better. But now I'm off cycle and I noticed a small lump the size of half a pea. Not sure if it's my imagination or it's gyno forming what should I do from here

You should add arimidex .25mgs EOD and nolvadex 40mgs/day and add yohimflame on nipple daily.

It is very important to have bloodwork done and Mobster is correct, the higher body fat was a very bad idea to start with

Your bodyfat is why you're aromatizing so much and have estrogen and gyno issues. Come off. Treat your gyno and get in shape

Sounds like estrogen rebound. Run arimidex still and add nolva.

I'm prone to Gyno and so I take a tiny amount about 10mg of Nolvadex with every cycle
