I see a lot of options at the grocery store for coconut oil But which one do i choose? The price range is from $4 up to $25 per tub is there a difference between them?

what do you guys think about using coconut oil in your hair? I tried it last night and some of it got into my eyes and wow it stung me bigtime. I couldn’t get it out, had to use eye droppers. Took about 2 hours for the pain to go away do you think this is a good idea to keep trying or should I...
