I read that nuts have a lot of good protein in them
would you recommend eating some nuts every day and how much should I be consuming?
My goals are lean bulking. My current diet is sirloin steak, chicken, cheese, rice, fruit, potatoes and broccoli
what are your favorite protein choices per day?

beef
eggs
chicken
nuts
I still feel like I am not hitting my protein requirements though. Any advice on how I can bring that number higher via food?
