12 week stack with lgd and gw

currently I’m 35 years old and I’m 5’7” and I’m 148 lbs
I’m looking to get more gains on my frame I’m improving the amount of mass I get and boosting things heavily
the gw501516 I have I want to go 20mgs a day
and the lgd4033 I want to do is 15mgs a day
it would this be the best option for 12 weeks for the goals that I’m looking for?

lgd and gw works but doses matter

15mgs lgd is too much

5mgs lgd
20mgs gw

This is one of the easiest Stacks to do.
