1776.bz nasty people

1776.bz has some of the nastiest people I have seen in my life. Their customer service and reps will attack you relentlessly if you even make a suggestion. They sent my package and it was so lazily wrapped. It could have got me in hot water not just legally but also with my wife. The gear was pretty much hanging out and they didn't even take any precaution for that. After I reached out to them and made a suggestion to do a better job, the guy got super nasty with me.
