Really solid day of training, both sessions felt good, good day. I did crash a little in mood, energy and just felt eh towards the afternoon - but this is getting better .

SUMMARY / DAILY THOUGHTS
Good day. MT2 starting to work, body is starting to look really lean and vascular - training still feeling great, I think a few more days this e2 will level off - switching to aromasin in the week.
Calories are being held steady at around 2600 and still seem to be losing, back in the gym for legs tomorrow.
One thing I have noticed is my Oura metrics have all just improved dramatically since adding arimidex which confirms what I believed, I still will get bloods, but I am starting to be able to pick the symptoms which is good.
