Oura numbers still shit, cannot seem to get anywhere with them, curious on DSIP, if anyone has any feedback if this would help me?
I know my body will settle, but right now its painful
with this sleep, started Ascension Peptides Reta today, will be keen to see how my Blood Sugar holds up as I titrate my GH. - The reta is defs good to go. I did not have that ravenous hunger today even with a decent day of training.
I really want to get dialled in before my week 4 bloods. I can tell this stack is working as I am looking great, getting stronger already but not feeling great - if anyone has any ideas?
