Approved Log 2025 Rx inspired Recomp Journal - Testosterone Primo HGH Cycle

My issue is protein. I should be 200-230g a day. Even as a priority I’m missing the mark. I think I’m going to start hitting 50g whey shakes. Tirz has my taste for meat wrecked. Have to eat 8-12mg zofram to get through the day I’m so nauseas. Lots of cottage cheese. Roasted turkey breast sliced. No deli meat turkey.
You don't need as much protein as you think you can get away with less, it's not going to be a problem.
the idea behind tirz is to reduce appetite so it makes no sense to take something to offset that

I’ve been running 2IU for about 50 days. 1IU before fasted AM cardio and 1IU after late afternoon weight training. Couple days ago I went to 2IU before fasted AM cardio and 1IU after late afternoon weight training. Last night and the night before about 2hrs after that 1IU my resting heart rate goes up to 100 and I can feel palpitations, BP increased and body temp went up - all signs of a sudden, large increase of T3. Just had a load of lab tests done and my T3 was already 3.5 with the upper lab range being 4.2. That 1IU may be pushing me over that 4.2.

My lab test for IGF was 172. I want my IGF at 250, but obviously can’t do so if my T3 is going up so high it’s creating cardiac strain. I’m curious if anyone has heard of such a thing before with low dose GH use? I know a lot of guys on 3IU with zero issues.

Cottage cheese, roasted turkey breast (not deli shit) salmon, lots of whey protein shakes, chicken thighs, and ground beef which I grind myself. Carbs are limited to what I get out of a cup of 2% milk, rice and Trader Joe’s roasted potatoes.

It’s actually down from last labs. Most recently the lab draw was done at the end of 200mg test E a week and 300mg primo and a week into 200mg test e a week and 100mg Mast E. Just dosed for muscle preservation and hence the crushed SHBG. Not sure what’s pushing the estrogen a few points of reference range.

5mg and I was stuck at a weight loss plateau. It’s hot as fuck in phoenix this time of year so getting steps in or having decent NEET calorie burn isn’t happening. I think it’s the low calorie burn outside of AM cardio and post weight training cardio that’s the issue. I went to 7.5mg and 5lbs came right off. I’m not losing any size and I’m honestly shocked to see my training numbers go up. I split 7.5mg up with 2.5mg every 3 days
