2026 Recomp Cycle - TRT, HGH, RETA

Is there an urge to increase reta because of the weight gain? Not saying to do that as your looking great and its all moving good! but there'd be a psychological reaction I'd imagine as you said its wigging you out.
Think the increase was firstly cause last week I used the last of the vial, and this week just followed suit,
As I did feel the effects weren't quite as strong as they have been.

💪 Body: 8.5/10, knee still giving off a dull ache, but ya know, is what it is, giving the rest of the body a rest at the same time.

Splendid nights sleep thanks to the wife,
She took the over night wake ups with the baby and got up with the kids in the morning. 🔥🔥

Out to my mothers house for family BBQ lunch, and set the kids loose to play.

Attempted to watch my AFL team on TV, but that's always a hard time when they're such a piece of shit in years past, Essendon forever letting me down.

Another fkn family photo session for Easter, (wife is all over these photo shoots gahdamn)
But I atleast wasn't in these ones.

Now to my knee, the dullache has shifted to more so the front of the knee, and feeling less stiff,
I injected GLOW closer to the knee last night, so might repeat that further for a few more nights still.

Been spending some time researching compounds and potential future cycles/stacks,
Still pretty new to all this so trying to just learn,
Not sure if I'll add anything else in, atleast until I'm 3months in on the TRT.

💪 Body: 8.5/10, knee is making daily improvements, seems to be more centralised discomfort/pain below the patelled, along the tendon.
🧠 Mental State: 8/10, even though I solo'd most the day with the kids, mental strength held strong, just feel bad for my wife, just one thing after another.
• 🏋‍♂️ Training: 8/10, Didn't feel bad at all, bit distracted, but a good session, Most sessions are lower weights/reps now, seeing as were approaching the football season.


📓 JOURNAL:
So after my splendid nights sleep,
The wife decided to fall ill last night(with no idea what),
So I handled all the baby wake ups and the early toddler rising,
So essentially the sleep in benefits I got were destroyed within 24hours of happening.. 💀

So chilled out with the kids all day,
Did a whole lot of nothing.

Later night gym sesh, but we got through it,
Knee was no real issue with the exerciaes I did, seeing as it was mainly an upper session,
But again, Improvements, maybe 75-80% good.

I Did up my GLOW dose for the night/next few nights,
3rd night pinning around the affected knee, went from 500mcg to 666mcg bpc157/tb500,
Improvements are being made.

📓 JOURNAL:
Normal day,
Wifes still a bit unwell but she got up with all of us today.

Got a fresh haircut,
Then gave the lawns a fresh haircut, the weather we've had lately has made it take off like crazy,
Knee help up well whimsy mowing,
So I thought it was okay to head to football training,
Warmup wasnt too bad,
Noticeable but "eh",

Then we got into some "quick footed" "twisty turny" type drills, and ooooft did that absolutely set my knee off,
The full pain is right under the patella on the tendon,
There's no instability,
It's just a sharp aching pain, which after a bit started radiating to my hip,
Bit of research suggests it could also be caused by my hip being tight.
So I've got a couple ways to approach it going forward,
Further rest and Ibuprofen, continuing with the higher dose of GLOW,
Plus plenty of hip stretching and probably look into a massage therapist.

But, annoying nonetheless,
10 days until 1st game of the season.
