2nd cycle after just dbol

Newbie
First cycle did dbol for 8 weeks 30mgs a day
Gained about 10 pounds, kept about 4 pounds
This time want to keep more gains
A friend recommended test cyp 250 2x per week and equipoise 600mgs a week
He said go 16 weeks minimum
I'm 28 years old and I weigh 212 lb with 14% body fat
goal is to get a bit leaner but also put on strength and size
 
i would not listen to your "friend" on this... you do not need to go 16 weeks on this...

go 12 weeks with test at 350 and eq at 500-600 mg week...

Equipoise no more than 300mgs

you can do this cycle sure
but I rather see you start a testosterone and dbol cycle since dbol did so well 1st time around

I would drop the EQ bro just a lot of money you dont need to spend..

Test at 500mg weekly 10-12 weeks
aromasin 6.25mg eod N2Guard 7 caps ed
