Hello everyone, I am new here so sorry for newb. My first cycle was sarms only but now I want to try some steroids. I want to go from 200 to 230lbs in 12 weeks. I want to get hUGE. 1st was osta/lgd, how about for 2nd test/tren/rad?

Sarms to > steroids? Not sure if you want to go osta to trenbolone but if you wish.
Try something with a good test base:
500mgs of test enan/week
200mgs tren enan/week
20mgs gw/day
50mgs dbol/day
20mgs aromasin/day
7 caps n2guard/day
40 ostazol preworkout/day

PCT 8 weeks minimum

I’ve been using Tren for a long time my friends... not once have I gained 30 solid ass pounds in 12 weeks.

Also, I didn’t jump right in to Tren from SARMs.. you sir are stupid.

I know guys who started taking gear when they were 16 and now are in their early 20s and have to inject for the rest of their lives. Its also expensive so if you can't afford bloodwork your just fucked.

First cycle and needs to grow 30 pounds , damm . You know how many calories you need to eat ? you train heavy and intense ? you rest 8 hours day ?if yes take some test and deca 30mg dbol and you can put 30 pounds . You dont need more stuff bro
