I think you should go 3 days lifting 3 days off for max gains
 
no need to isolate triceps twice a week.

also an entire session to just biceps and another entire day of legs. makes no sense man. you are putting as much effort in 2 small muscles as you are in all your legs?

put bicep day on your back day and move calves to leg day

I would compress it into a 4 day split instead of 5 days.

real men train hard daily. 6x a week. 1 day off just to spend time with family and church okay
 
you need more cardio and more big lifts in the routine
 
Are your triceps lacking,not sure why 2 days..do 2 days on legs.or more big lifts,your arms are going to get plenty of action,I never single out bi or tri,do more compound/ big lifts.just my opinion.
