Approved Log 56 year old first cycle log

I was able to download a profile pic, but not my meals or log pics wth
Not sure if I do my log one off this existing thread or start a new post? I'm seeing any pics I try to attach keep telling me file to big , what's the trick surely a snap shot doesn't have to much data to download
 
I tried downloading a couple pics it's saying download to big..WTF it's a pic anyhoo .....my diet I'm trying to work on I'm not good with the whole calorie breakdown and that whole measure your portions, I'll say I like to eat hence the 290 lb however it's been 8 days now on one meal a day I've cut out all sugar including bread and noodles, my meal tonight was a chunk of chicken breast about the size of my hand, a piece of cheddar about the size of a golf ball and four large carrots. I always do a 12oz salad with my one meal, pre PKG with carrots and whatever is in the 12oz pre PKGd
Still doing the cyclace twice a day noticing my stamina improved for sure 3rd day into my cycle, 20 pushups along with sit ups and crunches and stretching twice a day I'm still trying to limber up better I'm 56 lol, as the weeks go by I'm sure my number of pushups and sit ups will increase as well as my 25 minute sessions on the cyclace
@newbie senior you can resize the pictures, how big are they?

@newbie senior the diet, cut the carrots add some broccoli and fish oil, you need omega 3 fats like fish oil to help you lose bodyfat

on the cycling what exactly are you doing on push up sit ups etc?

20 of each for the first few days, I got 25 pushups and 30 sit ups today, 40 crunches and doing that twice a day. Have a real nice exercise bike set on high do several sets of 20 mins in the morning and at least another in the afternoon. Pics are from my phone I'll try to clip them smaller. I do broccoli quite often and sardines three times a week, is that sufficient for omegas or should I get a supplement?

@newbie senior i cant tell you if sardines enough or not enough and how much brocolli you eat, again
Please please LOG your diet proper meals when you eat them and how much you eat

same with training you need to post daily what you're doing

just "3 times per week" it a guessing game, if you want to change your life you need to log details


If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
 
Welcome brother, definitely all here to help you out, first you have to help yourself and give us detailed breakdowns day to day so we give you quality information.
 
Great start to the log man. Looking forward to you sharing more details on diet and training. Once you have a template laid out it will be super easy to just update daily. Check out some of the other logs to get ideas.
