Back in the old days we used to run Ostarine at 5-10 mg a day. Then people started running it at 20-25 mg. Now I'm seeing people run it at 50 mg or even 100 mg. Not sure what to believe. Is it because the Ostarine quality has gone down or are people using it differently? I'm a male and I am 150 lb, looking to bulk up.

You said it yourself "Back in the old days." Back then Ostarine use was not fully understood, so people were advised to thread with caution to avoid unknown sides in the short and possibly long-run.
However, today, we know better and can now advice people on stacking and dosing protocols because of the body of evidence and genuine anecdotal claims available.
For example, for your recomposition and strength phase you can stack Ostarine with GW501516. Use Ostarine: 20 mg/day for 8 weeks along with GW501516: 20 mg/day also for 8 weeks.
Alternatively, you can stack Ostarine and LGD stack for a recomp phase with lean muscle being your goal while also helping with recovery and strength.
You can run:
Wk 1-12: LGD-4033 - 10 mg/day (dose once per day and preferably taken in the morning)
Wk 1-12: MK2866 - 25 mg/day (wk 1-2) taper up to 50 mg/day (wk 3-12) take once per day and also in the morning.
Don't forget to run a PCT protocol from week 13-16 with either Clomid: 50 mg/day (wk 13) taper down to 25 mg/day (wk 14-16) or Nolvadex: 40 mg/day (wk 13) taper down to 20 mg/day (wk 14-16).
